Nitesh Dullabh
Nitesh Dullabh is CEO of 2POD Ventures, a company whose mission is to empower and guide public and private entities in implementing their Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) ambitions with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Dullabh has worked and lived in South Africa, China, US and has worked with Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industry sectors. He is a master designer and developer of sustainability strategies and implementation plans. He had the privilege of serving in Nelson Mandela’s government as Director of the Department of Trade & Industry in South Africa and as Commercial Attaché to the South African Embassy in China, where he and his team grew South African exports to China by $1 billion in 2001 and facilitated value-add investments from eight Chinese major state-owned enterprises. The estimated sustainable investments were valued at $20 million that created 350 new jobs. He also built enterprise and risk-management and governance solutions for global companies. Dullabh was also part of a number of start-ups in Silicon Valley and has been focused on sustainability and socio-economic issues in the public and private sector for the past 25 years. He has guided many organizations in building resilient sustainability programs and projects with sound ESG principles. Dullabh has an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK, an MA in International Relations, and speaks Mandarin Chinese. His interests have been in ESG issues, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with a focus on change management. Nitesh is a student of the enneagram, loves the outdoors and enjoys cooking. He lives in Palo Alto, California, USA with his wife and two sons.

Fabian Sack, SEP, FEIANZ, FHEA, PhD
Fabian Sack, SEP, PhD, has been an Australian thought leader in sustainability over 25 years. He has held senior private and public sector roles in the water, infrastructure and energy sectors. His company, Sustainably, now works collaboratively with governments, NGOs, higher education and businesses. Fabian’s areas of special interest are skills for sustainability, social and environmental impact reporting methodologies, and our society’s resilience in the face of global climate, social and economic changes. Fabian holds a PhD in corporate environmental ethics and is an associate of the University of Sydney, where he teaches in the Masters of Sustainability. Fabian is a Fellow of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand and also sits on the Institute's Ethics Committee. He is one of the first Sustainability Excellence Professionals (formerly ISSP Certified Sustainability Professional) in Australia and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Fabian currently sits on the Sydney Water Community Advisory Committee and was formerly a member of the Australian National Climate Change Adaptation Research Facility Project Review Committee.

Lucinda Brown, SEP
Founder of STET Sustainability Consulting; Lucinda has a special gift for turning broad conceptual ideas into the detailed, step-by-step processes that provide a clear roadmap towards sustainability. Since 2009, her talent for organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative information, has helped clients effectively communicate material information to targeted stakeholders. Her recent book: “Small Steps, Big Strides: Building Sustainability Habits at Home” is training a workforce ready, when they punch-in, to tackle company specific sustainability strategies. An Sustainability Excellence Professional (SEP), Lucinda served on ISSP’s Research and Resources committee, where she led a team of 30 subject matter experts from around the globe in developing two study guides—the SEA Study Guide and the SEP Study Guide. Covering all six Domains of the Sustainability Practitioners' Body of Knowledge, these publications are the the most comprehensive preparation tools available for candidates seeking to gain their ISSP sustainability professional credentials.


Olusheun Olaoshebikan
Olusheun Olaoshebikan has worked on sustainability and human rights issues for nearly a decade. In his current role as a Sustainability Strategy and Disclosure Manager at Environmental Resources Management, he assists companies to integrate ESG risks, impacts, and opportunities into their business and corporate strategies.
